Some people are recognized every day, and some go their whole lives without a spotlight.  Some are raved about and doted upon daily for their looks, their achievements, or simply “who” they are.  Today we want to take a moment to recognize someone who undoubtedly deserves more than just a “spot on a page” or a gentle “congratulations”.  A man who brings great service to the Greater Indianapolis community and someone who is an amazing role model for entrepreneurs and brilliant business minds.  Dale Needleman was recently promoted to the position of Chief Operations Officer at truth@work, an organization that brings business owners together monthly to gain insight and counsel from their peers.  It’s about making business and personal decisions from a Biblical perspective.  In addition to Dale’s work and dedication to truth@work, he is also one of the dynamic leaders at DAO Recycling.  DAO is a green company who’s primary mission is to promote recycling to protect the Earth, and whose secondary social purpose is to create green jobs and give them to persons with major barriers to employment.
